He was born in Zhaoqing of Guangdong in January 1959 and graduated from the Machinery Department of Southern China Physics and Industrial University in 1982. He is a senior engineer.

He worked in the Sihui Young Intellectual farm of Guangdong (1975-1978) and studied in the Machinery Department of Southern China Physics and Industrial University (1982-1987). He worked as a technician, engineer and manager of production technology of China International Marine Containers Co., Ltd (1987-1992). He is President of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. Since February 1992, and is elected as Vice President of CSER, and also is Vice President of China Logistics Association, Vice Board Chairman of China Containers Industry Association and President of Shenzhen Machinery Industry Association.

He is in charge of the market extension and management of CIMC. He has 20 years of experience in the domestic and foreign market extension, sales and corporation management, and his outstanding achievements are recognized by the international container production circles and international shipping circles, and he has been invited to attend the annual “International Multiple Through Transport Meeting” for quite a few times. In April 2002, he attended the “China Enterprises Summit” at the invitation of World Economic Forum and made a keynote speech.
